Journal Jar

journal jar

Here’s an idea I see a lot of.
Get one of those nice glass jars, honestly, you can find them at the dollar store these days.

create some of your own journal prompts, and put them into the jar. 2-3 times a week, pull out a slip, and write according to what ever you pulled. Do the same for your kids. Make it fun!

Add a few that say, “Dear ______” If this one gets pulled, you have to write to a friend or family member, and send them the letter in the mail. Not only will this be fun for your kids, but it will surly put a smile on the receivers face!
